@Splat I grill sausages before I pop them in casseroles. Any excess fat drains off and the skin is nicer! :grin:

Target reached 11/12/13
Xmas day was a weigh day and I've lost 4stone 2lbs in total this year!

5 Stone Lost Target reached 26/3/14
