I count calories M-F on MFP. I am a numbers kind of person and it just kinda helps me stay in line. If I don't lose weight, I can look back and see where I might've gone wrong.

It's so easy on MFP though and since I get a decent amount of calories I don't feel deprived at all or like I can't have something if I want it. I eat 200 calories less than my TDEE on non-fast days during the week and then on the weekend I don't count at all and I splurge a bit!

But, it's just a personal preference, whatever works for you!
