Intermittent Fasting in France
14 Aug 2013, 21:51
Today I've had a huge increase from visitors to my blog from France - more than from the UK or the US, which is where most of my visitors come from. In over three years, I've never seen France at the top of the 'Pageviews by Country', before.

And my pageviews have gone through the roof - 835 so far today, when my usual is around 330 a day.

The main interest is in my post about 'Eat, Fast and Live Longer'.

I was wondering if any of our French posters have noticed any publicity about 5:2 or Intermittent Fasting in general?
There was a considerable media response to the publication of the French translation of “The 2-Day Diet Cookbook” by Harvie/Howell.

Be prepared for the publication of the German edition in January 2014.

Thanks, Spring!

The spike only happened over 3 days then it settled down again - with perhaps a slight increase.

Thanks for the heads up for January!
