General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

One thing I am telling myself today as a struggle with the morning hungries is that I'm sticking with it today because I've had a 1/2 pound weight loss every week since restarting this WOE back in October. If I had a stall or gain I think it would be harder. I'm telling myself that I can't actually succeed though unless I do it. So I can sit here and be hungry and very likely succeed in losing another 1/2 pound this week. Or I can give up and if I'm lucky I won't gain any weight this week...but I'm extremely unlikely to lose. So that's what's keeping me from the donuts in the breakroom today :) Holding off till 12:30 pm when I can go buy myself some Canadian Bacon (120 calories) then a small salad and low cal sausages for dinner. I can do this!!!
Keep up the good work SRose, you will get there, determination and a sense of getting somewhere always helps. :clover:
