I was out last night with friends (doesn't happen too often) and had a three course Chinese meal with wine. Great food, great company! But boy I have paid for it. Not much sleep due to feeling so full. Normally I would have managed three courses no problem and slept like a baby with the wine.... but no, poor sleep and up early.

Lesson learned.......don't be so greedy!

Just shows you how much I have changed.
Think it's a good thing........:)
Sure is a good thing :like:

I went to a BBQ the other weekend & must have eaten (by choice) probably only half of what I used too - looking back, I think I used to have cookie monster tendencies

Thanks for the video Annie, that's a great one

It the same for me, if I eat too much, I feel a bit sick after. One of the biggest things I learned is to really listen to my body and learn to stop eating when I feel full. I couldn't recognize the signs at first but, after a while, it became natural
Hi Bofa it is amazing how that feeling creeps up on you
We are all learning to eat our meals differently which as you say
Is a good thing deffo :clover: Sue. :clover:
