Looking forward to my Fast Day?
17 Nov 2013, 07:49
Hello Everybody

Since I have been with 5:2 and this forum, I find myself looking forward to my fast days, especially after a week end of 'not so mindful eating'!

I am already preparing what I will drink and eat tomorrow my fast day, and I am thinking of having a 'careful' day on Tuesday, before I fast again on Thursday.

Does anybody think like this? Am I too obsessed?

Last Monday I did not have a successful Fast day, I had some family issues pop up, so I am hoping for a good one tomorrow.

Have a great week.

cheers Maggie.
Nah Maggie you just fast and prepare the way you want to. I love this WOE so I look forward to the days and feel like I am treating myself as I try to be prepared and have high quality nice fluids. when I ate on my fast day it would be like a beautiful egg, piece of salmon, pot of tea tea leaves coffee from scratch. It is very nice to spoil yourself makes you like doing this WOL
Don't worry, I reacts the same. I know that Sunday lunch will be a heavy one, food and drink, and I always look forward the Monday fast. I am even disappointed when I can't fast on Mondays
