Mind set
03 Jan 2014, 00:26
On a fast day thank goodness, keeping busy putting Xmas decorations away and giving the house a good clean.

Now need to stop faffing about and get serious to losing these last few pounds, I know I can do it and will do it.

Have found on the whole this way of eating is beneficial and manageable and look forward to reaching my goal hopefully before April. Good luck to everyone for 2014.

I too was looking forward to a fast after a week of overeating on the holiday. Good luck with reaching your goal, jaclee!
