Model my diet- The virtual you
03 Jun 2014, 09:08
For those who haven't seen this before.
I love this programme. It takes your height, weight, body shape, hair colour and style and gives you a virtual you image. You can play around with it so you can see you at target weight as well. For me it has helped me to 'see' my weight loss, because I am still so heavy that when I look in the mirror I don't see the change. When I have the old me and the present me next to each other or clicking between, I CAN see the improvement.
I add these to my Pinterest folder every time I do a new me so I can compare.

I spliced the old me and the proposed new me together and had the images as my pooter wallpaper last summer so every time I sat down to type I would be reminded of where I was headed. Worked a treat!
I keep clicking More Mature and the face ages but the body does not get older than about 40 -sad fact after that your skin will sag and pucker whether you are slim or heavy, muscular or flabby.

That is the chaps' version.
Ha! More Mature does not work on the blokes at all! I was trying for the stage just after Dracula is exposed to full Sun.
OOh i love that thanks Julieathome
I like it but its not very true to life in my case as it doesn't show all the flabby droopy saggy skin i now have, due to age and gravity, like @barbarita mentioned
In fact if i looked as smooth and unbumpy ( tho large) as i look in my " current " pic, i wd quite happily stop trying to lose weight and do 5:2 totally for the health benefits.
hey thanks for that. I love it. Weirdly, my target weight, which is about 15kg less than my current weight is not actually making me look too much smaller. However, if I take it to the lowest healthy BMI it looks perfect. May have to make my goal 20 kg to lose.
When I look at my target weight it seems too skinny for me. I will see when I get to within 20 of goal weight how much further I want to go.
Had a wee play last night and was mightily impressed.
There are few photos of me to do a before and after/during comparison so it was interesting to see. There is quite a difference between janeg at 60kg and 58kg which I found surprising, but, at 5'/1.52m , 4 lbs is quite a significant change.
Thanks for reposting @julieathome

edited for 'damn you autocorrect' !
