Musings the day after a fast
03 Jul 2014, 10:11
Sat here the day after a fast with my coffee, quite enjoying feeling a bit hungry with the knowledge that I can eat if I want to ....
If I delay it a bit longer I will benefit from a 16:8 or 17:7 and probaby manage my TDEE without trying very hard.
Clearly the control freak coming out in me and I am avoiding cleaning the house on my day off by posting on here!
I fully support avoiding cleaning the house by any means available!! I find that also, I fast and then don't need to eat the following morning, having spent the previous evening fantasising about what I was going to eat the previous night!!
lasted till 12.30 and gone for a big bowl of porridge (gorgeous), love the way this woe makes you really appreciate food :)
Yes I'm the same regarding waking up the mornings after my fastdays not hungry, and for the first time in my very long life I'm listening to my body and quickly made my feed days at least 16:8 also use the 20:4 when having meal out usually couple of courses plus wine with no worries about calorie counting. :clover: :clover: :clover:
