New tools for the new year!
26 Dec 2013, 13:04
I just started the fast diet in November. I lost a few pounds, but then the holidays set in. I got some gifts for Christmas though, that will help me really do this in the New Year. I got Hungry Girl's 300 Under 300 cookbook. I also got one of the Fast Diet recipe books and finally new earbuds (Yurbuds Inspire) that should help me get more exercise in!

I'm also quitting my online Weight Watchers membership after 12 years!

I'm ready to commit fully to this new WOE!!!
