Hi All You lovely 5:2ers
Not been on in a while....put on 10lb over christmas and its took me until now to lose it. I had a couple weeks of 1lb loss stay the same but got there eventually. I re-read the book and wrote down what I was eating during the day and found that helped.
So this weekend I am trawling through the forum catching up with all the stories for more inspiration as usual.
Been out today with OH and wore a pair of skinny jeans for the first time with heels and have got so many compliments. Got to get these before after pics on as im now an 18 and was a 26 still doesnt seem real .Thanks 5:2 :-)
Welcome back! There's so much advice and inspiration here isn't there! Well done on your dress size change - I put a dress on yesterday that I hadn't worn for a few weeks and was pleased to see it was longer as it no longer has to meander over quite so many lumps and bumps on the way down. As they say, "nothing tastes as good as slim feels" - fortunately with this WOE we don't have to cut anything right out though, do we? Look forward to seeing you here more in future.....
Good to see you again and well done dropping all those dress sizes! :like: :like:
