After celebrating yesterday's fastday, today is the day to celebrate not fasting today. The day where you become aware that something that used to be 'just a routine breakfast' turns into a really nice treat. The day that you can fully enjoy the things that you took for granted as being 'normal'. The day where taking that little extra is not an issue, because of yesterday. The day that is essential in sustaining fasting on 'that other day' that is still to come. The day that keeps your metabolism from being ruined by fasting.
I'm in today, have a happy non-fastday

And for those who are fasting today: tomorrow will be that day
I'm all alone in the fasting tent so far :-( can hardly wait til dinner
Well @MaryAnn, that makes you the hero of the day. Hope it makes you feel so special that you can hold on a couple of hours (or take an early dinner). :like:
I'm not in today either because it was bank holiday here Monday so a lot of us may probably be out of sync.
It is odd when you switch your days over, plus it's hubs birthday Friday so we will be going out for lunch.
Generally I would be joining you today but as mentioned it's a bank holiday here so I swapped my day from Monday/Wednesday to Tuesday/Thursday.

Good luck fasters.
Yes, I was here today: NOT fasting. I enjoyed breakfast. I had spaghetti for dinner. I ate apple tart for dessert. It was all gorgeous. Tomorrow will be a fast day, and I couldn't do tomorrow if it hadn't been for today.
Not fasting today as my ToM popped up on Sunday, and I never get hungry during that time (I have no idea what that is. But I feel achy for days on end and can drink hot water at best. So don't hate me as I have the worst cramps >.<) so I fasted then. On the bright side it's got me into the swing of ADF which I might continue for another few weeks.
Thanks PJ-K
I've been here today too  good day for me! A special day at work as our Director, who is standing down shared 12 years of reflections in post and 35 years of her research and her future agenda, I cried, so, so moving! Then we were treated to a wonderful healthy lunchtime cold buffet, no bog me down sandwiches as I have banned them and my young colleagues love this. 8pm and time for our supper, baked egg soufflé and salad. I'm fasting tomorrow.
Hope everyone got through their fast and none fast days OK. I had another struggle today although I managed to take stock and ate 1450 cals which is under my lowered TDEE of 1500, my actual TDEE is 1958. I was really pleased by this actually because for several hours throughout the day and again this evening I was still craving Things from my over indulgence on the weekend. I thought I might have a bad wobble today and really over eat.

I decided by 2pm when I had eaten my usual food but wanted more that I had better figure out what dinner was going to be so I knew what calories I had left to play with. I made a 500 cal meal including a small fruit salad. My thinking was with the extra snacking I was doing it would be best to eat a controlled dinner. It's 10.30, I feel satisfied and going to bed. Tomorrow is my second fast day. I'm hoping it will be better than the last two days.

I'm finally pushing down the 15s! 15'12 so only just but it sure sounds better than 16 lol.
Yay @jayegirl - that's great! Well done for getting into the 15's...it's always great when you move down into a lower number, isn't it? Such a boost...

Onwards and downwards!
