Oh my head hurts..

I am watching the news here in Boston and all the chat for the past two days is about a research study out of Manchester England saying fats okay and its sugar and processed foods causing obesity. And meanwhile the White House pastry chef has quit because the First Lady doesn't eat dessert. The sale of flour is down this year by a huge percentage......I wonder when they will finally report that food manufactures will be held liable responsible for proper ingredient labeling?

I know what you mean, it does hurt your head all these different theories doesn't it. I think just follow the fasting lifestyle and eat everything in moderation. That way, you can't go wrong!

Someone, somewhere has been telling a load of porkies about food! Maybe it's all coming home to roost! It will be interesting to see what 'they' consider good for us in ten years' time.

It's so funny to think that Woody Allen's film "Sleeper" is gonna turn out to be true
