.... purely tongue in cheek, I'm afraid. There is an article about IF in the Bridgnorth Journal this week - our local rag!!! (OK, the article is about losing weight generally but IF gets a whole PARAGRAPH!!! :like: ) Woo-HOOOOOOO!!!!! :wink:

Chris Evans mentioned 5/2 on radio two this morning as well, but he was referring to the maintenance plan of 6:1 :) The story line was along the lines of, you only have to diet one day to keep the weight off :wink:

He said you stick to the rules for two days, then when you reach your weight, you go to one day. He was liking the idea :)

He was his usual enthusiastic self about it :like:
