Undergraduate and graduate students needed for a research study!!!!

Participate in a brief online research study (approximately 35-40 mins) to help contribute to findings about Intermittent Fasting. Participants must have actively participated in an intermittent fasting pattern of eating for at least 1 month prior to taking the study. All participants will be eligible for a $100 Amazon gift card raffle. Click the link to participate.

Thank you FastDay community!!!
Just confirming that this researcher did get permission to post here for recruitment to the research.
Warning - it really does take more than 30 minutes! And it's hard to see what the memory test has to do with IF.

Wendy,

I apologize if you had difficulty taking the study. I appreciate your participation and feedback.

For anyone interested regarding the potential benefits for IF on memory check out this TED Talk:
http://tedxtalks.ted.com/video/Why-Fast ... Brain-Powe

The researcher in the video and several others have published a sizable body of literature providing rationale for the adaptive cognitive benefits of IF and also empirical evidence from mammalian studies demonstrating the positive impact of IF on cognition. The mechanisms by which IF is thought to improve brain function are similar to the processes underlying the neural benefits associated with calorie restriction and exercise.
Thanks for the link, was well worth watching as its encouraging to think our fasting efforts will pay off
I am very scared of developing dementia / alzheimers but perhaps i wont now!
I wonder if it needs to be so long. I started it and gave up after awhile. Or are you also testing perseverance? It seems like an interesting study. I felt bad abandoning it. Maybe I'll try later when I have more time...
The test has many structural problems...

I managed to increase the odds for one of the other "guinea pigs" here for that Amazon card.

:-)
The study is not active now.
