My husband consumes psyllium husks in skim milk to keep regular, he was scooping the leftovers from bottom of cup and although wet with milk ,it was logged in his oesophagus and got stuck and started to swell even more. He had considerable pain and was wondering what was going to happen, should it not subside, lucky for him, it got better.
