Resetting my TDEE?
31 Oct 2014, 10:05
Can anyone lead me to the page that will tell me how to recalculate my TDEE? Or, the page with the Mayo Clinic Formula for working out my TDEE? I set my TDEE here when I started on the forum, so it's got to be here somewhere, right?
I'm thinking maybe since I've lost some weight I need to lower my TDEE a little?

Go to your tracker, it's in there.
It's down at the moment 12.31. But should be back soon.
