Silly question?
12 Sep 2013, 15:05
I fasted yesterday and am not hungry today at 11 am so I thought I might do my second fast today. Is this okay? I have never done it that way before.

No reason not to. A few people do back to back fasting- but I must admit I'm not one of them

Yes that's absolutely fine  the book breaks the days up as a guideline because it was thought most people prefer this but when it comes down to it you make this WOL fit you
I've done 2 days back2back many times sometimes fitting in a third later in week, hope it goes well for you :clover: Sue :clover:

Thanks Sue and Merlin. I really want to get my two days in before weekend. My son is moving back to Ireland Sunday night so there will be lots of goodbye get togethers in the next few days.

I've done one back to back that started like that, just not feeling hungry so why not carry on. It was fine, I was hungry the next morning, which was unusual as I normally don't eat breakfast, but other than that, it was no difference to a normal 1 day fast.
