skipping brekky q's

Hi,
Just curious, I do love breakfast type food, also thinking should I delve into occasionally skipping it, if I've had a too indulgent day before.

For those who wait till midday or 11am, would you then have breakfast type food then but at midday or just launch into lunch type foods.

Only thing stopping me from doing 16/8 is missing my muesli, berries and yogurt.

Could have them at lunch time, couldn't I?

Thanks for reading

No reason you can't have breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast...Brunch, have the breakfast you like but make a little more substantial. Add something like ham and eggs.
