Im looking forward to tomorrow's fast cause i enjoyed some amazing food today including
- Chicken sandwiches for breakfast (well i was hungry after yesterday;s fast!)
- Home made Belgian Apple Tart (got it at a stall at the election booth (Australia just had an election) - I think i had a 1/4 of it.
- More chicken with home made chilli sauce.
- Home made chips and Nigel Slater's Seafood Tempura http://www.nigelslater.com/kitchen_view.asp?nArchive_ID={CA073C21-5EA7-40D1-90B8-2CE33529CB3D}
- A couple of biscuits.
- Yoghurt, honey, strawberry, raspberry and banana smoothie
- Loads of expressos
- 2 glasses of red wine

Probably way over my TDEE but oh well its Saturday.

Anyway i :heart: love this WOL cause previously i would have just kept eating the following day as normal with the end result of weight gains. and that full feeling.

And now i am blessed to have a good "cleansing" fast day tomorrow and all will be well by Monday.

Honestly, IF is the best thing that's ever happened to me in the food department.
Thanks! What a great post! Even the title is uplifting! X
Helps to keep me positive! X
