Stick with it if you can, either give up an apple + next shop get smaller ones, doesn't sound as if you're overdoing it to me, could you perhaps do without breakfast now + again that will be a calorie reduction because I found I became more hungry once I ate lunch/snack. so I quickly changed to eating evening meal only, then the day after my fast I'm not hungry on getting up so I skip couple more breakfasts. I did enjoy my breakfasts so this one was difficult for me but with my results now it was well worth the sacrifice, I'm also doing 4:3 and this has helped get my head in gear as I actually only eat larger meals from Fri-Sun This is what has worked for me.
