Thanks for that Carol, good spot. Nice to see the links to the recipes :like:

The article made me laugh though 'Fast'!!!!!! :shock: There will be a lot of newbies joining the forum and all upset that its not 'Fast' after all, but happily slooowww and sustainable.

Hope articles like this don't disappoint anyone and make them give up because they think it doesn't work or they are 'doing it wrong' :confused:

I just tried posted my experience of 5:2 in the comments section on that article - however it made me sign up as a member and fear think my post has either got lost in the ether - or worse, will be repeated about 5 times. I'll look like a spammer! How embarrassing :bugeyes: - I hope they have active moderators LOL :lol:
