The New Book from Dr MM!
27 Jan 2014, 16:56
Well, he hasn't written it yet

But following on from:

1. The Fast Diet
2. Fast Exercise

Is the third book going to be:

a) Fast Carbs : An expose on toxic carbohydrates and poisonous sugar.

b) Fast Fat : Fat is good! Eat and enjoy! They all got it wrong!

c) Both?

Just wondering

"Cholesterol - the truth; how clogged are your arteries?"

Yeah, then goes onto explain the role of vegetable oils/trans fats in weakening the endothelial linings of blood vessesl etc?

Actually, on further thought I wondered about:

"Fast Food" : Dr MM describes what to eat on the Five Feed Days (the FFD diet) but probably Atkins by any other name?
