Hi Lizzie,yes the one on the right is much closer to the truth..
I think we need to bear those two little diagrams in mind coz it's so disheartening when we expect ourselves to get from A-Z in one smooth move
In fact A-B,back to A etc is more realistic..and when you think about it,more to be admired,as it shows we got there in the face of adversity and didnt give up! :like:

After another week when the scales refuse to move downwards, I am certainly following the path on the right hand side but I WILL GET THERE eventually!
