Time to get serious
04 Jan 2016, 08:39
Hi everyone not been on here for ever but I'm back and i need to be . Have recently had a 3 week holiday in Thialand followed by 3 weeks of Christmas indulgence. Guess what The weight has piled on . I'm not going to slate myself as i have enjoyed every second but now its time to kick these bad habits and get back on the plan .
5-2 commences today and also my running programme feel motivated and excited . Its time to shift those lbs. Good luck anyone who like me have strayed and fell off the wagon. We can and will succeed.
