I've just found the Boots Web MD website...the diet health centre is great to give you a accurate read out of all your statistics...

It does your BMI for your, your waist to height ratio, what your healthy weight range is and what your daily calorie intake should be based on your details, so it's tailored to everyone personally...

It gives you clear charts that made me more aware of the state of my health right now because of the weight I'm carrying

It's worth a look for abit more info about yourself and it's great for someone starting new on this diet
I love statistics and this was an easy way to get info. Thank you. :)
Great website for the stats.
Thank you crystaltips.
It says I'm a pear shape, but I thought I was more of an apple as all my weight seems to be on my abdomen. Oh well it's much better as far as health risks go.
It said I was pear shaped aswell, but I'm same as you Bellalou, all my weight seems to go on my belly, but think I'm more spread out with my weight on my hips, stomach and thighs so I know I'm deffinitely not an apple, and like you say it's much better to be a pear shape than an apple for your health risks...

Glad it helped you NoraBoswell :D
