What a night
15 Feb 2013, 11:47
I did my usual fast yesterday and then during the evening and all through last night, I had chronic sickness and diarrhoea. I'm feeling quite sorry for myself at the moment.

I think I've got a virus, and hope to get over it quickly, but at the moment I am struggling to even think about food. So an extra fast day by default!

Hope you're feeling better soon.
There's. lot of this kind of bug about.
Stay snug and warm, and try to drink plenty. Normal coke with the gas off is the best thing to keep down. If you add a tsp sugar and stir it in it will take the gas out if you need it quickly.

Thanks bellalou. Unfortunately I don't have any 'full fat' coke. I've tried a coffee made entirely with milk - at first I wasn't sure, but it seems to have settled down now. I'm on the sofa with a blanket over me, but feeling sad I can't get out and enjoy the long awaited sunshine.
