General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

5 posts Page 1 of 1
Hello I would like help to work out roughly how many calories on a feast day I could have on 5:2 for a fairly steady weight loss per week- I'm 5ft 6" and 207 lbs with light activity each day ( to be safe.) Some sites quote from 2250 to 3,050. I'm hoping 2,150 will be okay until I drop weight but I still want consistent loss? Thank you in advance : :D :D
any idea of your %bodyfat ?
I would guesstimate your BMR is about 1400 and light-moderate activity would lift that to about 1900.

Assumption - 207 lbs. 50% body fat.
No such thing as a "feast day"
that is the path to failure.
There are FAST days
and averaged TDEE days

only fat people exceed that.

PS most people in the West overestimate their exercise by 100% and under estimate their food by 20%
that is why most people are fat.

Honesty is essential
and be pessimistic in your counting, rather than optimistic
