So me and my colleague are guilty of trawling the Daily Mail website at least once a day, and you can't avoid the usually nonsence, contradicting health articles they write. However, said articles can make for light entertainment and sometimes they even have scientific backing. Thought this one might help ease those fasting hunger pangs. Now to convince my boss to let us get a skipping rope for the office...
