Going all the way today
20 Feb 2013, 15:05
Today is a fasting day and and normally I would have had some soup or salad for lunch at 1pm but so far today (at 3pm) I haven't eaten anything. I've been too busy so I think I'm going to see if I can now make it to dinner tonight as I know lots of you do here. I'm going to have an omelette and salad and I'm already really looking forward to it

I started off doing lunch and dinner, but find waiting for dinner and just having the one meal much easier...plus you can make more interesting meals with 500 cals...good luck

I had breakfast this morning, which was 277 cals, and am surprised that water, herbal teas and 1 black coffee have sustained me since 11am. It's now nearly 5.30!!

If I'm hungry later I might make a poached egg or a boiled egg and have it with some salad. If I'm not hungry then I will not be eating till breakfast tomorrow - about 8ish - which will make it a 21 hours fast.

Have been to a Pilates class for an hour :)today, cycled on a static bike (whilst reading an article) for 40 mins ;) . I also used 2 kg dumbbells to do 3x10 reps of 4 different arm exercises. 8-). I hope that kick starts the fat burning/muscle repair to help reduce my waist. (Still haven't got round to measuring it).

I know I need to move more by walking, cycling, skipping etc to shift the fat from my waist.
