My doctor is astounded :o that my cholesterol has been between 3.4-4.0 for the past 25 years. Not bad for a 52 year old, thyroid problematic and irregular heartbeat woman. Have had to fast between 8 and 12 hours for my blood tests, so it's nothing new to me. I didn't like feeling hungry, but I know its for my own good. Also, its a chance for my body to burn some fat instead of storing it!
Will see I go from week to week and not expect miracles as I had in the past.
