Thanks for the 'heads up', robfbee. I have downloaded it, although I suspect that it will be a re-hash of Michael Mosley's book/programme. For 99p though, I felt it would be worth it!

Maintaining at 147 pounds (in theory)!

The 2017 Christmas Challenge is gone but my aims remain the same! They are:-
1. Remain on track to get back to my target weight of 147 pounds
2. Get at least twenty minutes of walking, on at least five days per week
3. Allow myself only one 'sweet treat' on non-fasting days.
4. Cook dinner 'from scratch' at least five days per week
