Has anyone else noticed that they ignore hunger pangs easier on 'normal' food days? A case in point is that on Sunday we had a family birthday lunch which was organised for 2.30pm. At 12pm I had a few hunger pangs, and in the past I would have eaten something (especially when mother in law was offering food around). But this time I said no, I was fine and would wait for the meal. After 15 mins the hunger pangs went and it was nearly 3pm by the time the first course arrived, and I survived!
Looking back over the last few weeks I realised that my attitudes towards eating have started to change. I no longer feel as though I have to eat at set times, and I don't worry if my tummy rumbles in complaint
Of course I am eating some chocolate as I type this
