As before, this is not a recommendation, as I haven't read this book, but it's free to download on Amazon for a very limited period, and might be of interest to those who want more info on intermittent fasting:

THE 5:2 IF DIET: LOSE WEIGHT AND IMPROVE YOUR MIND, BODY AND HEALTH ON A 5 DAY FEAST AND 2 DAY DIET) by Valerie Milesdon

 It should be free to download for a short while, but do double-check the price before buying!

Edited to remove the links to Amazon, as a forum member objected to them.
those books are great for motivation Keihira - thanks so much for the tip. How did you come across it being free btw? I never seem to see these things?

I just :search: on Amazon...
Occasionally, I find the something which might be of interest to the forum; mostly I like free books for my Kindle!
Just read it, don't bother - it is appalling. Nothing we don't know, written by someone who has just done the diet and lost weight (and the ability to write at the same time!) Not even good for nothing, but it only wasted 20 minutes...
"(For women this means you consume only 500 calories and for men 650 calories)

Milesdon, Valerie (2013-02-20). THE 5:2 IF DIET: LOSE WEIGHT AND IMPROVE YOUR MIND, BODY AND HEALTH ON A 5 DAY FEAST AND 2 DAY DIET (Kindle Location 194). . Kindle Edition. "
