Hey Guys
Well i am starting the diet TODAY at 12st 6lbs. I have never felt so horrid in my life. Its been a mixture of hormone treatment, settling down with my partner and winter carb over load.
I am due to go on holiday end of May/beginning of June and i MUST loose this rubber ring of fat!!
I started with a fast day to kick start me today, and so far have :
Sparkling Flavored water
Black coffee
Peppermint tea
a handful of cashew nuts and raisins
Chicken Noodle Soup and small wholemeal bread bun ( massive mistake!!)
And tonight im going to have a bowl of steamed broccoli, spinach and sweetcorn.
I cannot wait for tomorrow!!!!!
