I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent progress tracker. It's really helping me see my weightloss and well, keeping track of things! Particularly, as I stick to a weigh-in day but it alternates between fast and feast the day before, so I can make notes. The graph is good too.
Interestingly, I took an extra proper measurement on Sunday for the group weighin and I was a kilo heavier than the previous measurement, then took the one today and was 1.2 kg down. So if you are worrying about fluctuations, don't as they really can be quite distorting to what is actually going on in the mystery that is weight-loss.
