Fasting today :)
07 Mar 2013, 19:06
This is my question. I have read about saving your fast calories to your evening meal so there is a 24 hr time between meals but does it make a difference to eat the calories in the morning and then not start your feast day until the next morning which would be 24 hours also. Happily fasting today in the beautiful state of Colorado ! My husband and I are committed to this life plan.

I don't think it would make any difference at all.

The reason lots of us leave our meal until the evening is that eating earlier in the day sets the hunger pangs off and makes us feel hungry for the rest of the day.
