No, just don't worry about it.

That's the beauty of this way of eating - No guilt!! Don't feel guilty. You work hard on the fast days to allow yourself to eat normally with your family on feast days.
I fasted yesterday and have enjoyed a McDonalds this evening (needed something quick as helping at sons school disco) and am now enjoying a handful of peanut M&M's with a glass of wine!!

Eating hips would be a good way to get rid of them!!
You're not alone Becky - I've just stuffed half a KFC bargain bucket this evening!!
I've had biscuits, chocolate, crisps & lots of yoghurt today. Porridge for brekkie, kippers for lunch & risotto for tea.
Just thought I'd add that following yesterdays McDonalds and what ended up being more than just a handful of peanut M&M's I have lost 1lb this week! So absolutely no need to feel guilty! yipee
Hi no you are not alone I am due to weigh tomorrow I am convinced I won't lose any weight as I have ate normally on the feast days but we will have to see
The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Keep eating normally and you'll have your proof! And yes, normal includes chips, chocs, wine etc -although not a binge on them daily of course.
I think once you start seeing the results of fasting, it make you want to eat healthier on feed days too. Not cutting things out or down but, for example, when at work I would usually have a (processed) meat sandwich for lunch with chutney and then a low fat yoghurt afterwards (and probably and choccy biscuit). Now I am more inclined to make a quinoa salad with roast veggies. Put some roast chicken or tuna or prawns with that and finish with a normal blueberry yoghurt. I had also got into a habit of eating cheap ready meals for evening meal and I am more likely to make something from fresh now. May not be less calories but not as processed. Although I still like chocolate I actually went into a supermarket yesterday, picked up some of the £1 packs of chocolate ... and then put them back. Mind you, as it is Mothering Sunday, I'm going to moms for dinner and we've got one of M&S's specials. Looking forward to the salted caramel and pecan torte, yum.
It has taken me quite a while to get to the point of eating better on feed / normal eating days. I have had times when I have eaten so much on the feed days that the weight loss slowed down almost to a stop and I would sometimes feel really very hungry on fast days.
However I have found myself having less wine on the feed days - trying only to have a couple of glasses on a Saturday and none in the week. I've stopped getting chocolate to eat at home as I was eating that mindlessly on feed days.
The great news is that I'm starting to lose again and I am in size 14 trousers again so I am digging out some stuff in my wardrobe that I haven't worn for years.
This is a long winded way of saying - if you are eating a little too much on the feed days don't give up as you might be like me and take a while to train yourself to just want to eat more healthily all the time without trying too hard.
