rubbish eating today
10 Mar 2013, 21:11
Hi all

Had a rubbish food day today, not eaten a vast amount but what I have has mostly been rubbish, doughnut, cheesecake, bread. Feels like I have a temperature and a headache!

Got a fast day tomorrow, hoping the reason I feel so rubbish is down to sugar.

Aw, I hope you feel better tomorrow!

I've definitely noticed that when I don't eat well, it seems to affect me more.

Hi Daisydoo

I also had a bad day yesterday (Sunday). I let my husband order from the Butchers Saturday, boy was that a mistake, sausage rolls, pork pie etc. I haven't got a sweet tooth but anything savory I'm there. Trouble is I have been on low carb for some months now and it was like overdosing yesterday, I felt really ill. Today I didn't have food until lunchtime, just a small prawn salad and a berries and yogurt. In hindsight I should have done a fast day today instead of tomorrow, I have a feeling I may have messed this week up. but we will see. Serves me right for pigging out, well it was Mothers Day.
