I completed my 4th fast day yesterday and havent lost any weight as yet but stomach feels flatter....however today has been a bad feed day, I am craving sugar sugar and more sugar. I started off breakfast well (rye bread and boiled egg) and then had big wrap and chunky soup but the cravings kicked in big time. I've since devoured a mini magnum ice cream and some dark chocolate and dried fruit. All I want is sugar. Last week after my first 2 fast day it was carbs and today is sugary stuff. Why is this? anyone else had this? the worst thing is I know i am undoing my good work.

Hi RooRoo,

Don't panic, these little things are sent to try us and boy do they do it big time on occasion! I'm now nearing six months into this fabulous way of life and today I just had to have a double chocolate muffin or die, it was that simple. I'm not ready yet for the grim reaper so the muffin won and guess what, it won't make any difference to either my weight or my shape unless I do the same thing every hour, on the hour for about a week. I am now at my target weight having lost 21lbs and surprise, surprise, the odd craving, sometimes very odd, didn't stop me losing my cute flab so put it behind you and move forward, good luck I know you will get there,
