Why would 60 cals ruin a fast? Eat less for a meal or fast with a value of 560 it won't ruin anything, don't beat yourself up best part of this WOL is being able to relax around food.
Good gracious 60 cals wont ruin it! What else have you eaten so far, and what ahd you planned for later?
No no no, 60 calories isn't screwing up.
600 calories may be considered screwing up a fast day, perhaps, but even if you had 500 cals, plus 600 cals on a feast day, you'd be pretty chuffed.
Be motivated, continue the fast and let the lollipop be with you...
I use 50cals often on 2 foxes glacier mints, no harm in it. If you feel bad about it work out, run up and down stairs you don't need a gym but don't beat yourself up we all "screw up" but it's not like you ate a bar of choc and a whole cake. Keep going! Just eat 60 cals less one day and *puff* problem solved =)
