You lucky lot!! (Saving money) My husband is recovering from a recent op on his stomach, he has been diagnosed with Crohn's disease and is severely underweight even though he eats for England!! I have to buy foods with as many cals as poss to try to build him up. Talk about one extreme to the other in our house!! But, bless him, he is very supportive, even if it is with a grin on his face and half way through a choc biscuit!

I think I am saving on the food shop. However at the same time as doing this I did a new budget overall and am making more effort to control that part of my life too. Now I have discovered I do have the self-control to "fast" I have been more self-controlled in the spending part of my life too!
