Can you eat it the next, but not count it?

I did myself a whole lot of veg tonight, but couldn't eat it.
If I eat it tomorrow, but calorie count everything else, can I 'back eat' the veg?
So, in effect, it becomes 1000 cals a day over 2 days? Rather than 1200 cals and 800 cals?
I think it's more strait forward to count each days calories as you eat them , rather thn having to carry forward allowances.

But for veggies, the calories are probably very low, so not to worry
I can't see any reason why you shouldn't do that. After all it is the average that you eat over the week, month or year that is going to impact on your weight loss over those periods of time. I assume that you are recording your calories somewhere? Perhaps you could record them after you have eaten, rather than before, because then you won't have any problem with recording the wrong amounts?

I am interested that you refer to 1200 calories. Is that what you are allowing yourself on your non-fasting days? It seems a little low, even if you were the most sedentary person on the planet! There is some indication, that eating too far below your TDEE, can actually slow your weight loss. Have you checked your TDEE? If you haven't, then it might be a good idea.

Sorry if this is a rather long answer to your question but I hope it is helpful. All the best with you new WOE!
