I did my first fasting day for this week yesterday but now have a lot going on for the rest of this week and I can't fit another day's fast in realistically until Saturday so I am wondering how to deal with this. I was thinking I may just try to stick with having the one (social) meal each day for the rest of the week but not sure if I would be able to do that and perhaps I should just accept the way things are for me this week and have day 2 on Saturday.
