Oh no...fasting today...as per normal on a Monday.....but usually working ...so no food passes my lips till about 1600.........but off today with a sick girl....and already had 480cals......it's going to be a long day.........if you see me near the fridge/biscuit tin ....give me a shout......

If today's going to be too difficult because your little girl is sick (hope she feels better soon) then change your fast day :) It's only one day afterall and it's supposed to be a flexible lifestyle!

Thanks Moogie....I'm so set in my Monday/wednesday routine now....I'm going to go for the cold turkey no food till tomorrow lol....I hope.....got spin class later so that takes away my appitite.....daughter now perked up thanks x

You can still have yourself a low cal hot choc or slimmer soup if you really need to, I know it'll take you a little over 500 cals, but I've had days on 550-600 and it's not been an issue as regards weight loss (I guess once in a while doesn't hurt :)) so going to 520 will do you no harm!
