Waist measurement
22 Mar 2013, 19:59
Hi again!
Reading the FAQs I found this:
Your waist size is a good guide to how much fat you have in your abdomen (the most dangerous place to carry fat) and it is recommended that your waist should not measure more than half your height.
I measure my height in centimetres (and my weight in kilos) and I'm trying to keep up with inches, stone, lbs and pounds but I want to make sure that I'm doing this right.
Perhaps this is a silly question but just to make sure that I'm doing this right:
My height is 160 centimetres. Does that mean that my waist should not be over 80?

Yes I think so. I'm not quite there yet but I've always had no waist

Slim hips big waist bigger boobs! Sounds great but the waist height things hard for me to achieve!

What do we consider waist? Bellybutton height?

Goodness, thanks for drawing my attention to this. My waist is currently 36 inches (used to be over 40!) so I still need to lose another 4 inches for my height. Another goal to aim for.

I measure around my widest point which is usually my belly button area.

You'd be quite popular with Greek men. Greek women are all about the @rse, LOLOLOL!!! No boobs, no nothing!!!
