Reading the FAQs I found this:
Your waist size is a good guide to how much fat you have in your abdomen (the most dangerous place to carry fat) and it is recommended that your waist should not measure more than half your height.
I measure my height in centimetres (and my weight in kilos) and I'm trying to keep up with inches, stone, lbs and pounds but I want to make sure that I'm doing this right.
Perhaps this is a silly question but just to make sure that I'm doing this right:
My height is 160 centimetres. Does that mean that my waist should not be over 80?
