Hi all

Has anyone been fasting since before winter? Have you found it harder to stick to your fast during the colder months?
My Raynauds is worse and I cannot keep warm (despite thermals etc) - but I have only been fasting since Feb so have nothing to compare to. Any seasoned fasters out there that can testify this is easier in the warmer weather?

Thanks
I found it easier in the summer. I feel the cold more when I fast and in the summer this was welcome, winter not so much! Especially as I'm now almost 3 stone lighter so have less blubber to keep me warm!

Roll on summer and massive low cal salads!
Tell me about it! Made some Greek salad last night with Greek potatoes and sea bass & it tasted like holiday food - yum! We had the heating cranked up so it almost felt like holiday - except for the snow we could see out the window!

Thanks Moogie - roll on summer indeed!
