I've had such a rotten day. Busy at work, anxious about a busy day tomorrow. Tried desperately to stick to fast today but decided I'd have an equal portion as my husband of our noodle dinner. Thankfully a rice noodle stir fry clocked in at 500 calories so not too much damage done combined with a cuppa soup and dried fruit for lunch, but still feel a bit guilty for going over. Had a very slow weight loss with 5:2 but in principal my scientific brain loves the concept, so gonna stick with it at least until my summer holidays in June.
Roll on tomorrow: made my lunch of cheese coleslaw sarnies and got sweeties to sweeten up my colleagues, of which I may sneak a few into my gob
