I avoided the Easter choc...
04 Apr 2013, 12:05
...it was unfortunately the free bar of chocolate that got me!

Tried an after lunchtime to lunchtime fast which has just ended. Not sure i prefer it but decided it fitted best with my plans this week. Had 500 calories for tea (skinny beef lasagne from the hairy dieters) with bread and salad.

Then about an hour after without any hesitation i ate a bar of cadburys milk choc... 240 extra cals. Felt, immediately guilty but left it at that!

This morning i woke up, put it behind me and continued until i finisbed just now!

Its fine I'm still in control and have already moved on.

Good luck those fasting today, we can do this!
It sounds as if your head's in the right place. I think it is very rewarding when your WOE allows you to take a minor slip-up as just that - and not the end of the diet - or world, on a bad day! Well done, you!
