I frightened myself today!

As all the tape measures in my home have unaccountably disappeared (no, honestly...) I decided I'd have to buy a new one. Which I did.

This morning I used it... :-o

So now I'm waiting for amazon to deliver an exercise DVD... :bugeyes:

I keep mine in my phone, it's a picture of me at my biggest. I hate it, but it keeps me going :wink:

Give yourself a bit of time on 5:2 basketcase (love the name) then you'll be smiling again :smile:

There is nothing wrong with the situation, just my attitude towards it!
I don't eat Mondays or Thursdays
My method: 5:2 Liquid only 16:8 on non-fast days

Hi BasketCase! I was shocked too when I first measured correctly around my waist but since then I have lost 4 inches off :clover:

my waist (in roughly 3 weeks) so that initial shock soon turns to happiness. Good luck :clover:

Try not to fret about it... You've joined a new diet revolution and hopefully you will soon see those inches melt away
